AVJennings is one of the largest Australian home and community builders. It was found in 1932 by Sir Albert Victor Jennings and since that time has provided thousands of Australian with quality homes for reasonable prices. AVJenning has been designed and built more than 150,000 homes by the end of 20th century. In 1995 the company changed its ownership however they continue to implement the main mission to provide quality domains and ready built residential communities for the residents of Victoria, Queensland South Australia, and New South Wales states. In 2010 the company took an agreement to hand over its Contract Homes business to Japanese building company, Sekisui House.
